Application

The asphalt crack sealing machine is primarily used for asphalt crack repair and maintenance on roads. It can fill the cracks on the road surface with heated asphalt to repair and seal them, preventing water from seeping in and further damaging the road structure.

The asphalt crack sealing machine typically consists of a melter, an oil tank, a spray device, and a control system. During operation, the heated asphalt is transported to the spray device and evenly sprayed onto the cracks through a nozzle. The sprayed asphalt quickly solidifies and fills the cracks, forming a tight seal to prevent further water infiltration.

The asphalt crack sealing machine is widely applied in the maintenance of urban roads, highways, airport runways, and various types of road surfaces. It effectively repairs cracks, extends the service life of the road, and improves driving safety.

1.Diesel burner, automatic temperature control; Electronic constant temperature automatic control precision is high, when the material is heated to the set temperature, can automatically enter the heat preservation state.

2. Heat conduction oil is forced to circulate and heated indirectly to avoid carbonization of asphalt.

3. Imported electric heating material tube, durable, accurate temperature control, smooth discharge, free of cleaning. Potting and sealing materials and ordinary asphalt materials can be used.
