Application: This equipment is used for repairing pits, cracks or surface spraying of aging pavement. It is often necessary to spray emulsified asphalt or waterproof material evenly on asphalt pavement when maintaining asphalt pavement.

Installation Instructions

 

Brief introduction of micro emulsified asphalt spreader

1) check whether the power oil reaches the specified oil level;

2) fill fuel oil with designated label.

3) close the oil cup valve and open the inlet and outlet pipeline valves.

4) insert the inlet and outlet nozzle into the diluent (diesel or kerosene) barrel.

5) start the engine to make the diluent run normally in the pipeline, then take out the pipe inlet, empty the diluent in the pipe, and put the inlet into the diluted emulsified asphalt bucket to spread the product.

6) after the completion of the operation, the bitumen in the pipe shall be drained out in time and inserted into the diluter barrel for automatic cleaning.

7) if the pump is blocked, close the inlet valve, open the oil cup valve, and add diluent for cleaning.
