Operating temperature is one of the main factors affecting the quality of irrigation joint, and it is very important to control the temperature during perfusion.If the temperature is lower than 4 ºC, before filling and sewing also to preheat the rabbet and tank wall parts, because the temperature of the sealant is higher, if the slit and the temperature of the tank wall and sealant temperature difference is too big, the sealant temperature drop too fast, which affect the sealant enough into depth, sealing adhesive bonding force between the tank wall is difficult to achieve the desired effect.How to effectively control sealant and groove wall temperature is the key to determine the quality of pouring joint.
